Implementation concept
- Ashulia-level public event bringing together DIU students, alumni, faculty and staff, corporate partners, and citizens and sports enthusiasts.
- Positions DIU as a socially responsible and community-oriented institution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies for road safety and security
- Arrange medical teams, ambulances, and first aid stations
- Recruit and train student volunteers
- Manage participant registration and digital database
- Ensure professional race management standards
- Develop corporate sponsorship packages
- Coordinate logistics including race route, barricades, and stage setup
- Ensure environmental sustainability measures (waste management, eco-friendly materials)
- Prepare post-event impact report
