- Identify and invite successful entrepreneurs, startup founders, and venture capitalists
- Develop an annual lecture calendar
- Coordinate logistics, venues, and digital broadcasting
- Prepare student interaction sessions and networking opportunities
- Document lectures and create a digital archive repository
- Promote lectures through campus communication channels
- Arrange sponsorships and corporate partnerships if required
